    Lee & Regina have been faithfully serving in Brazil since 2010. In 2018 the Blochs joined the Converge Southern Cone Initiative team and moved to Joinville in 2020. They are now independent gospel workers whose goals are to start and strengthen multiplying discipleship movements all across the largely unreached areas of southern Brazil.

    The Gallaghers are in a country where evangelical Christianity is nearly non-existent. They are seeking to make disciples of Jesus with a small team through friendship and Bible reading. It is challenging work but they are excited about the opportunity they have to serve the Lord.

    The Jarmans are training a new generation of leaders. They lead other leaders in the Euro-Med Region and Beyond. They currently coach in Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Switzerland, Russia, India, Tunisia, Tanzania, and the USA—with more regions coming. They have a social media presence in 50 nations.

    Frank is serving part-time on the college campuses of University of Minnesota and St. Thomas with Bridges International, which is a caring community of Christ-followers committed to serve, promote social connections, and engage in spiritual conversations with international students so that students become leaders internationally.

    Converge's Six Degree Initiative is a disicple-making movement that plants churches among the unreached people groups 6° north of the equator in West Africa. Josh currently serves as a church planting coach, identifying key locations for planting churches, building relationships, creating networks for pastors and church leaders, and providing training to equip local pastors to plant churches. Ashley starts children's minstries in church plants.

    Efi has been an effective catalyst for Bible translation and community transformation in Cameroon for many years. This eventually led him to found the Oasis Network, which he currently directs. The Oasis Network builds networks among communities in the Sahel region of Africa in order to learn the best practices in leading community change and transformation. A key component of this work is the translation of God’s Word into the language of each community.

    Paul and Karin serve with Agape Europe, which is the European branch of Cru. They currently work stateside and are involved in a number of different ministry initiatives. Paul is an organizational development coach for Agape Europe, organizes Medical Compassion Mission trips, leads a yearly Sweden Prayer trip, and serves in Cru City.

    Initiative Leader

    Brian is the Japan Initiative Leader for Coverge Worldwide. Japan is the 2nd largest unreached people group in the world. Brian's role has him raising up and coaching a team who will work with Japanese nationals to contextualize the presentation of the gospel, support and equip Japanese church leaders and planters, initative multiple church planting strategies, and develop partnerships between American and Japanese Christians. The goal is to see a multiplying disciple-making movement in Japan.
